Today's episode, I have the privilege to welcome you to Paul Assaiante.

Paul is the current head coach of the men's squash team at Trinity College, in Connecticut, United States.

His squash teams has been to the CSA National Championships finals for 19 years in a row.

From 1999 to 2011, Paul has guided Trinity to 13 consecutive CSA National Championship Titles with 252 wins in a row.

His overall record is 399 wins and 15 loses, in 23 years as head coach.

For his services to coaching, Paul is a two time Olympic Coach of the year and the 'Winningest Coach in College Sport History'.
