Emma is the Managing Director at CREAS Sports Consulting.

Where she specialises in devising a 3 year strategy that will inspire young people to join the grassroots football workforce in the women's and Girls Game.

Also Emma is the Chair of the FA National Youth Council which aims to provide young people with meaningful opportunities to develop themselves and positively impact the football community. In this position, she represent the voice of young people on FA Council and Committees.
